The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, Bal Harbour

My stay at the Ritz Carlton offered a stunning beachside escape with luxurious amenities and exceptional service from the staff. While we enjoyed the beautiful views and the dedicated attention from the beach staff, our dining experience was less than satisfactory, and some aspects of our accommodations fell short of expectations. Overall, it's a well-located option with potential for a fulfilling stay, but improvements in service consistency and dining quality are necessary.
